Sports never really attracted me much, neither did games! Most of my past times have been through exploring stuffs over the internet. Which is probably why I got attracted towards ANIME. Call it an addiction or a hobby or a way of passing time, I was a dedicated fan of of animes back then. Nowadays, scenarios are little different but come to think of it I still watch clips from youtube, whenever I get some time to spare.

Kuroko No Basket

Kuoroko no basket, also known as Kuroko's Basketball is a Japanese anime. Which solely resides on the sports "Basketball". How a hobby turns into a passion and that passion leads few players towards the top tier of achievements, all the abilities and the thrill will probably make your time worth it. I might be biased about this review but come on bear your time with me.

"Genius" folks are a rare breed of people, who does not comes often among us. This anime has focused on such type of plot. Leading towards the story of 5 genius playeys who has mastered abilities beyond expectations. You might be asking, why am I so much enthusiast about this 5 guys? If you are familiar with basketball, let me plot some situations.

Generation of miracles

• How about you move so fast and that even while dribbling the ball and your opponents rest in surprises by your movements? Agility and change of pace in a play!
• How about making a three, from one side of the court to another?
• How about a wall in between you and the hook, as one of those geniuus stands being that wall?
• How about what you see for the first time and master that ability in just one go?
• How about one can see the future?

These prodigies are given the name Generation of miracles. Each of them has unique set of skills (mentioned above), which they induce while playing basketball. All the above abilities of each person will make you go dumbstruck while you will be watching the anime.

Plot

Each of these prodigies, gets separated from one another after being a team for the junior high and winning 3 times basketball championship for consecutive years. The usual reason of being a prodigy! Want to signify who is better than the other. This separation will lead them against each other in a match thus the best would get signified. Among all this commotion a sixth member of the team aka phantom sixth member(KUROKO TETSUYA) of the generation of miracles leads a different way. He willingly goes to a team where bond is strong between players and helps them improve by his motivation and skills in the game. Also the 6th prodigy finds a team member who is keen to grow together with the team and reach to the top within the nation of Japan.

During all this commotion the generation of miracles meets each other in the ground of play. They play with their own style and have significantly improved from the last time they have met. Which makes each one of them even more dangerous than before. Each of them has polished their skills to a whole new level. Regardless of all this, the duo of phantom sixth man and the other player known as Kagami Taiga they starts to make an impact on the other prodigies. As the team of kuroko starts to improve the bond between the players starts to attract attention among others. The turning point starts from those certain movements. All the ego and the mindset of being the lone best starts to degrade and the prodigies starts to realize the meaning of team play. Which makes them realize the value of the game and how much enjoyable that could be once that hatred and ego is taken care of. All this happened due to the effort of Kuroko which makes the anime one of the best one to watch and give time to.
