Just Stupid

I must admit this doesn't sound normal as I never knew that this was even a problem. How can a coach or a player not in the game give away penalties. This just sounds as dumb as why do the non players and coaches stand so close to the field?

Surely a coach would be better off in an elevated position to spot what is going on and not running up and down the side line. I have never understood why the players and coaching staff are right on the sidelines as they are not part of the game and should be well away from the side of the field.

In Football coaches/managers have a set area they have to stay in and if they move out of their square can be carded and sent to the stands. This is more to keep the managers away from each other and to how they have a designated zone in which to work.

Rugby coaches normally prefer the highest points so they can see what is going on properly as from ground level you cannot possibly see everything. Maybe these guys are just a bunch of primadonnas trying to just get camera time as surely what they are doing currently is not the best angle to view the set plays.

I just find that having someone to move you around is over the top and frankly rather pathetic. The NFL should lay down the law that there should be x amount of meters between the pitch and everyone who is off it at the time. If you are too simple and dumb to encroach then you get carded and can't play.

If I was a spectator and had my views blocked by the teams being too close to the field I would be highly pissed as this is just not right. I watched a video called get back coach and must admit the people involved in it didn't look too intelligent so maybe an electric wire may be needed for some of them. I am sure all NFL players aren't simpletons and the players interviewed were just poor examples.
