Waiting for the sun to rise.

006.jpg

A happy Sunday to all and come to wait for the sun with me.

I am doing my post earlier today, as we don't want to be surprised with another emergency power blackout.

Awakened at 3am this morning by some leg cramps and after a late night I don't feel too bright. But then again I am never bright and who wants to be bright in any case hahaha.
Best to leave the brightness for clever people and if I peg tomorrow, I know that I have nothing to lose. But I digress.
There was a big cloud on the mountain and I knew that the sun will put on a nice display when it rises behind the mountain.

A solid line of clouds was on the ground below the mountains.
022.jpg

Yes, I could see that there would be some beautiful scenes when the sun started to make its appearance.
010.jpg

Oh yeah, here we go and the sun was close.
033.jpg

Bang! Good morning mister sun and welcome to the new day.
058.jpg

The sun was in a hurry and here at the left you can see the fire ball rising behind the cloud.
070.jpg

Finally, the show was over and the day started with birdsong in my ears.
077.jpg

I was a bit constricted with space in our garden as it was a tight spot from where I took the photos. I have to stick the camera through the back fence and then I have to avoid the street lamp poles in the shots.

To give you an idea of the overall beauty of this morning have a look.
081.jpg

So I was forced to take the photos at either side of the pole in the photo.

We hope that everyone will have a blessed and peaceful Sunday.

And That's All Friends!

I hope that you have enjoyed the sunrise with me.

Thank you JJ, yes the cramps are better, but now I am back to short distance walking which I seriously dislike. As long as this Covid is around, I will not go into a hospital for any treatment and I heard that there might be a fourth wave coming after the third wave that has just started here.

Cheers,

Thank you JJ and between you and I, this Covid thing is still going to be around for a very long time.
We are once again clocking record daily deaths over here. The hospitals are all full and people are attended to in the car parks outside.

The president is on the radio right now and we are waiting to hear what the new restrictions will be.

!BEER for you, !LUV for Lulu and !PIZZA for both of you.

Confirmed that we are now back into Level 3 JJ.
We in the charity fields are happy, as there is less crime and abuse, even though times are tougher.
The worry of course is the harm to the county's economy as many small businisses are closing down here. Many shops in the main road are closed and empty.

!BEER for you, !LUV for Lulu and !PIZZA for both.

I have seen many small shops close here the big online stores are thriving of course but sad to see so many small businesses closed

That’s good there is less crime there it’s strange though here it got worse

Yes and it is so sad, as the small shops are the lifeblood of our communities JJ.
So, a person has pushed all of his savings and his pension money into his small shop and all of a sudden the Covid shutdowns closed his shop as there were no clients.
So he loses it all, but it gets much worse, as he loses his house and his car as well, as he cannot do the payments. Then he loses his wife as she divorced him and he ends up penniless in a shelter.

I am only stating one case here and there are many. Sadly some also commit suicide.
Such is life my friend.

A !PIZZA and a !BEER for you.

Such sad times fir sure it’s an overlooked statistic but suicides have gone up during the pandemic

Yes, I think that they keep the suicide situations under wraps, so as not to give desperate people ideas.
Which is a good thing methinks.

Hope that you guys will have a good weekend.

Good morning kind sir.
Thank you for sharing your sunrise, breath taking. It's good you have 'ALL RIGHTS RESERVED", or I may be tempted to steal them, Oooppss, kidding! But seriously,@papilloncharity what a way to start your day, just beautiful.

Good evening lovely lady.

Glad that you liked the sunrise and yes, you wouldn't know that some of my photos were stolen on another site. So simple, as all that a person has to do is to ask and they can have them for free,
But if they pass them off as their own and make money with them, then I view it in a bad light.

Two things that I find special are clouds on the mountains before sunrise and the windswept advancing clouds before a storm.

Here's some advancing storm clouds, as tomorrow it will rain here.

Blessings.

I can't believe someone would just steal your photos, how low can they go? What has happened to integrity and honor? Our world is changing quickly and not in a good way.
I try hard to avoid people who are negative as it brings me down and life is too short to waste time on controversy.
As always, you and yours are in my daily prayers.

Yes it hapenned, but thankfully on the old site and not yet here, but one never knows so best to play it safe. Best is to stay away from negative people and we encounter them daily, but one cannot blame them as they live in absolute squallor. It is only care and acceptance that they seek.

Prayers are the best gifts and we sincerely appreciate it. You guys are also on our prayer list.
Thank you kindly.

It's a cramp with the ongoing cramps in your legs - I hope the pain has gone by now. At least you got some dramatic shots of your sunrise - cloudy as well, but also more colorful than mine below :)
My morning here began at 4am and images like this is all I got from our sunrise. At this time it has already begun to rain again.

I hope the rest of this day is painless for you, Zac, and that you have a nice Sunday 🌞

Hahaha, you know that your image is ten times better than mine Hannes and even I think so.
That boat on the water and the V cloud formation above does not need colors to show off their best.
A lot of great character in the photo.

Taking it easy with the legs and had a good sleep my friend.
Thank you for the care.

Cheers and thanks.

Nope, I don't think so and I didn't post it to say "hey I'm better", and this image is far from the ones I like to take, I just wanted to show you that my morning wasn't as expected.
Actually, I got up at 4 and got dressed to ride on the bike to the lake. Luckily I looked out of the window before I left the apartment, because the street was a little wet already and on the way to the lake it was completely wet.

A good sleep is always important and can heal a lot.

Aha, got you again, and I wanted to see your response, as I knew that you did not mean that yours was better🤣 Nothing wrong with teasing mountain goats when their horns are far away 😜

So I presume that looking out of the window convinced you to rather leave the bike and take the car?
I had no options when it was wet, as in those years I only had the bike.

Yes indeed a good sleep is good medicine 😉

Cheers and thanks.

Haha, you and my daughter are always teasing me, I can see only her smile and hear her laughing, but I can imagine yours 🤣

Yes, I know you have had only the bike. I am glad to have the choice what to take 😃

Yeah, you are a blessed guy methinks.

Cheers and thanks.

Hello dear friend @papilloncharity good day
I am very sorry for the ailments and cramps in your leg, I hope you are better at this time.
What a beautiful way to start the morning, with these beautiful postcards, you have a viewpoint that allows you a beautiful view
I take this opportunity to wish you a great day

Hello Sir @jlufer, thankfully I have sorted the cramps and they are better now.
I was stupid, as I know that I should do stretch exercises before I take long walks, but at times the long walks happen on instinct and then the suffering comes hahaha.

Glad that you appreciated the photos my friend.
