Grapthar's AI Artwork Creations! Exploring Dall-E 2...
Over the last few days I've been playing around with Dall-E 2, which has been a ton of fun. I have a whole bunch of images I can share, but I figured we'd go with a theme today. For the these sets, I had focused on the words 'android', 'mechanical', and 'cyborg', then all sorts of other imagery, descriptions etc. I've included the full prompts here, just so you can see what resulted in these. The first set of 4 are my favorite; they've got an awesome painted quality to them, but the second set is wild too; the details on all the little bits that make up the androids are really cool. The last set is awesome too, particularly the last of the 4 there. I love how Dall-E seems to create the same kinds of androids for a lot of these, specifically some sort of I, Robot inspired creations. The sort of blank mask faces are definitely creepy.
Enjoy!
An Android, full body, mechanical parts, 3d render, polygonal, synthesizer parts, Equalizer playing music for eyes

High quality photo of an evil Android made of small futuristic mechanical cyborg parts, portrait, covered in power cables, realistic, ultra high quality

Painted cyborg android worshipping a blackened smoke filled sky with destroyed factories in the background, modern, smeared paint, stark contrast, depressing, realistic, hyperrealistic

The appeal of these images is surreal. Dall-E is definitely different than Starry when it comes to presentation. Dall-E artwork feels like looking at a vague dream.
These are really good works man!
Yea, I love that dreamy quality they have.
Dall-E also seems to make really good humanoid forms that look (for the most part) realistic, which StarryAI is sort of hit or miss, depending what prompts you use.
