AER crowd character: Ninjaroo
Ninjaroo is thoroughly going to be his official nym.
I've recently decided to open my $10 Patreon tier to people on steem who regularly interact with me or are on the Team Australia and Be Awesome Discord channels. aussieninja asked to be a ninja kangaroo, which meant lithe agile little gray wallaby. All ninjas wear headbands with medallions right? XD The ninja balaclava is down around his neck for the moment because I wanted to draw his face (I did originally have it up like he probably would do when playing parkour chasey).

Want a crowd character? If you interact frequently with me here (either on my posts or your posts or better yet both!) or on one of the linked Discord channels, all you have to do is let me know and tell me what you'd like :) It can be one of your characters (including ones you make up on the spot for this XD) or a self insert. Are you originally Australian? To be in TeamAus you need to be Australian (doesn't matter if you live overseas) or have some other connection. We do have "ambassadors" that live in other countries but I think we already have a UK one. @choogirl takes care of all the recruiting so she'd be the best person to talk to.

LoL thanks XD Ninja belt is a possibility, I did think about it but didn't draw it here as they're not allowed weapons in Chasey and if he's got the balaclava on he was probably playing or training for it XD
Ahhhhh.... would you believe this is the least injured I've ever been? When I played indoor soccer 4 times a week, the locker rooms were pretty much identical to a hospital ward.... same smell, same amount of bandages, more crying.

I would love one to go with my upboks... but wouldn't have a clue how it would look or how much work that would be.

The sketches don't take long, the 3d will hopefully start moving faster as I get more practice in (currently I'm still learning the workflow which is why it's taking an inordinate amount of time). And you're all giving me upvotes frequently to it's more like giving back in gratitude for the support given :D
Upboks shouldn't be a problem, will have much smaller horns though (as they are human with other animal features). I'll need a bit more description :) Or if you want to do a self-insert you can shoot me a photo (on Discord if you don't want to commit to blockchain). At least they don't have twisty horns from hell! XD

(I know I've seen other anime ninjas run like that but typically all I could find from super quick Google image search was Naruto XD)

This is correct. This is exactly how ninja turtles run.
I don't recall them running like that, though it's been a while since I actually sat down and looked at anything TMNT related (my youngest has really gotten into one of the new serieesesesess, not sure which one though) XD
The new seriesessesses is so good... so many throwbacks to all the other iterations (not that your youngest would get that, but I liked it).

Nice! With the balaclava down and the color motif, he could easily pass off as a member of the Cobra Kai dojo haha I like the use of the prehensile tail as a kickstand. The laid back pose is also a great indication of assured confidence. Great work with this, mate!

The kangaroos don't have prehensile tails, they're pretty good for whomping people one if necessary though XD And definitely useful as a kickstand XD

To win parkour runs and chasey, a prehensile tail is essential... 5 limbs or no limbs... there is no in-between!
Not essential, just really helpful XD There are a number of base Terrans and a few Flyers that play Chasey too :) Though Flyers being larger tend to marshal more than play (and also shout out to scatter if law enforcement arrives XD)
Right!? I couldn't even parkour anymore when I realized that I don't a 5th limb!
Why because even though I kind of remembered the name I couldn't remember where I remembered it from XD
Not so much on the prehensile side. Anything you can do with your fingers taped together is about the extent of what their tails can do. The Dragonkin and rat/mice/monkey Evolved and any of the mer with tentacles have properly prehensile tails with finer motor control. So Ninjaroo can whomp people with his tail and use it as a kickstand or an extra push, but he probably also has the jumping muscles in his legs anyway so clearing those gaps or giving someone a good boot won't be a problem XD
