My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2020

I had a great run this morning and I'm hoping to continue with improving my endurance leading up to my ultra.

Although not the best night's sleep my legs felt very strong and even the long uphill grind didn't really seem bad at all. Nice that the boring roads were fun to run today and hopefully tomorrow's run will be out on the scenic Granite Basin Recreational Area where, even though it's on the road, it goes through the beautiful pine forest and the abundance of wildlife.
