My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2020
A rainy, gray day on the road and trails.
Just felt exhausted all day after a night with not much sleep so it was a tough day to run well. At least my mileage is decent but every bit of improvement is critical for my hope to push my ultra running down the road. Don't want to have a crappy ultra race due to bad training or diet. Really feel that I could lose 20# more by the beginning of the Summer - that much less weight to drag around for a hundred miles or more.
We'll, going to go to bed early and hopefully get caught up on my sleep. Ordered a pair of Hoka Bondi 6 in wide as I had a Zappos discount to see if they will be a good choice for my ultras along with my Altra Torins.

That's great. We do not get much extreme weather, but it can get very wet. No snow yet this winter though. We rarely get very much.
