My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2020

A gray and damp Sunday run on the local trail network.

Seems a good number of people decided to enjoy the MLK holiday outdoors as I encountered several walking their dogs on the trails. Of course I had to pause for some doggy love and slobber.
Looked like snow all day but nothing came of that and hopefully it will remain mild and dry so the trails have a chance to dry out. Too bad for my dogs I was too tired in the afternoon to take them to the dog park. Tomorrow will hopefully be a bit better after a good sleep.
A bit of ultra motivation from the folks at Aravaipa Running to try to improve my performance. Didn't realize I was 1st place Master.
