My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2020

A very good run this morning and a mostly good day (except for having to deal with the useless morons on the city government payroll).

The morning was grey and cold with the look of snow over the hills but nothing came of that and the sun eventually came out towards the end of the run.
Nice to have two 10 milers in a row and I'll see if I can add number three tomorrow (that's after I deal with the probation office again if they're not 'busy') and see if I can get close to 70 miles for the week.
Have my keto diet back on track after an off couple of days. To bed early tonight and I'll see you all tomorrow.
