Pickled tomatoes.
Pickled tomatoes are a preparation for winter. Useful when you open a jar of pickled tomatoes in the middle of winter and severe frosts and remember the warm summer. It is not difficult to pickle tomatoes with a good harvest. For the winter I close 15 cans of 2 liters.
