My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2019

Despite the fact that we’re both coughing our lungs out, we decided to go for a morning walk. I didn’t quite make it for automaticwin today... still missing about 700 steps at 10am. But at least we got out and got some fresh air.

I wonder why they didn’t cut this tree down when they put down the sidewalk? It’s not like they just leave a tree in the middle of the road.... why leave one in the middle of the sidewalk?

We walked the trail today... it was so quiet and nice.

It’s been a pretty warm fall so far, so there are still some flowers that are blooming.

However the trees are showing signs of what’s to come.

The rest of the day went by doing laundry, the weekly grocery shopping, watching tv and knitting.
Made home made pizza for dinner... yummy!!
Next week my shift at work goes 9-5 so not sure I’ll be going out in the morning... we’ll see, depends on when I wake up in the morning. Thanks for stopping by!

I guess the tree acts as a shade against the sun 🌞 during the afternoon.
