Here's my Actifit 'easy Monday workout to start the week report'.
Spent most of the day helping clean up and pack our stuff for the drive back home. Was nice to habe a house to ourselves for the week but still feels good to be back. At least I got back before the sun set so I was able to get in a short run. Legs not as strong today and I seemed to tire a bit faster, hopefully being back to my old routine will help. Going to be volunteering at an invitation-only 24 Hr ultra down in Phoenix, it will be interesting to watch world-class ultra runners in action.
