My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2019

It felt good to be able to get my shoes on and crank out some good miles over in Payson while I cook, clean and do sit my wife's friends place this week.
My feet have recovered from the blisters and beating from the 24 hour and my legs felt very good as well. Can't emphasize enough my satisfaction with my overall performance with a 4th place and 84.5 miles. Wish I could have put in more miles but it was a great learning experience for my next timed ultra (probably another 24 in May although there is a 24/48 in Las Vegas in Feb).
Hopefully they'll have the lap data available soon so that I can study my pacing and tie it together with my fueling and other metrics-the more data to learn from the better ad these races are NEVER easy affairs.
