My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2019
Hello and happy Saturday to everyone out in Steem land. I hope your day wad a bit better than mine.
It was a frosty morning that left its icy imprint on the landscape which was very pretty to see
but I just couldn't get my ass in gear to get out running until late in the morning. Thus when I did get going I was feeling lousy and very tired. I was able to get my loop run in but was hating not feeling well and just wanted to get it done.
All in all a crap day but my dogs did enjoy a fun afternoon running around with their canine friends at the dog park and I was able to catch up on reading and enjoying the beautiful cloud displays.
Of course it will be a good thing that my ultra is taking place just outside of Phoenix as I really wouldn't want to be running through a frosty night.
