Today, Training Shoulder Time. I do not know who is hardest, Training shoulders day or Training legs. Routine: Overhead press. Dumbells front raises. Side lateral cable machine. Incline dumbells front raise. Incline dumbells press. Back shoulder machine, frontera raises whit disc.
