I hope your Monday has been smooth & that you are able navigate the energy currents flowing through this week with ease & grace 💕

Tonight I would like to share with you a handful of photos I took in The Reiki Forest earlier today 👍

It was absoulutely refreshing to my Soul just being out there with my trees ☺

No rushing, just appreciating. Breathing the crisp fresh air & listening to the birds.

Of course, tomorrow I will 'dig back in' as far as raking & such goes 🍃

As you can imagine there's still plenty more to do before the ❄ flies! 😆

Lovely fall photos my friend! I am trying to get out more and just walk to enjoy the beauty around me. I tend to always want to get a run in when I go outside, but sometimes it's nice to force myself to slow down to take everything in instead of only focusing on the fitness aspect. 💚
