Wake and Bake hike in the woods
Had a very beautiful morning that I woke up to. Took advantage and went for an awesome hike with my doge buddy Chip. Getting out in nature and just taking as many deep breaths as I can puts me in a meditative walking state. It’s really a beautiful thing to be able to touch a tree or the ground with you bare hands and you feel the negative ions rush out of your body. Grounding is a pretty cool science if you really get into it. It just put my day into a great start. Over 8k steps before breakfast! Well, I did have some mango kush to get the brain going, but yeah before food breakfast, lol.
Anyway, finished up the early part of the day at the park to get in the rest of the steps I hit. Went to the gym, got a massage, went back out to the van and passed out in the bed with the dog. Lol. Woke up and figured I would go ahead and get this post out. So now it’s time for Saturday, round 2!
