My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2019

Hey people!

It was a rainy day today, so that meant a short work day - only five hours.

I did meet this curious and friendly pair of dogs though! The husky has such an interesting color, very unique!

After work I took my car to get the smog checked, and it passed unsurprisingly lol. Just an extra hoop I have to jump through to get my car registered for next year. At least I don't have to do it every year...

When I finally got home I took a nice hot shower since I got pretty cold out in the wet weather and then snuggled up in bed and went down a rabbit hole on YouTube lol. I did find some interesting information for health related stuff so I eventually dragged my butt out of bed and got myself over to the health store.

I got some more essential oils that are supposed to be good with dealing with infections and stuff, and being diabetic infections are something I have to keep on top of. I took some of the oregano with my dinner diluted in some vegetable oil and I also tried a drop or two of the copaiba. The copaiba gave me a bit of a head rush and I'm still not sure how I feel about it 🤣. Oh well, we'll see how I feel in the morning.
