Today was a pretty challenging day, I managed to get over 10,000 steps today.
I got up pretty early to do my exercises and some weight lifting. I'm starting to wonder if morning's are the best for this.
The next part of my day was very busy at work, I managed to get a ton of steps in a reasonable amount of time.
I don't know why but I feel really tired today. I only did my normal routine and had plenty of sleep.
Check out the snack I had afterwards, they are some sort of fruit tart thingies that my daughter made for me.
They look pretty healthy to me and they tasted really good!
