Actifit Posts Now Get Paid Three Ways With PALnet

We are seeing a layering of rewards for activity done on the Steem blockchain. This is crucial for the creation of wealth on here. I am going to do a post about this either today or tomorrow.

But for now, I want to point everyone in the direction of @actifit.

As users of the application are aware, presently, posts that show Proof-of-Activity earn both SP/SBD and AFIT tokens. The payout of each depends upon the number of steps walked and the levels of achievement from the other Actifiters that day.

We can now add a third token to the list.

Actifit claimed their PAL tokens during the "Claim Drop". This gave them roughly 1,000 PAL.

Since the @actifit account upvotes all posts, @mcfarhat coded it to include PAL. Thus, any Actifit post that includes the "palnet" tag will receive the upvote. I do not believe this is programmed into the application so it has to be manually added.

Why is all of this important?

To start, it is vital we see more accounts earning. Using the PAL token is a great way for smaller accounts to add to their stake in the ecosystem.

Also, using this method helps to spread the distribution of PAL out. We saw the difficulty Steem has with how SP is presently distributed. PAL has a reward pool also and it is vital we get more of those into the hands of smaller accounts.

In my view, this is a wonderful way to do it. Actifit can be a larger account which curates those who are using the application. From what I can tell, it is mostly smaller accounts who are active on that platform.

So how can Actifit become a larger PAL account?

Fortunately, there is a thing call delegation on the PAL network. It is very simple to do. I started the process by delegating 1,000 PAL to @actifit to help get the process rolling.

Here are the steps to do this:

Go to https://steem-engine.com/ and log into your account. You can do this using either Steemconnect or Keychain.

Once there, go to your wallet and look for the PAL token.

Click on the side-to-side arrow (highlighted in red box).

This will bring up the delegation box with your username listed in there.

Simply type in "Actifit" and enter the amount you want to delegate. This will lead to having to enter the proper key depending upon which sign in process you use.

This is something that we can all jump on early. Since PALnet uses 50/50 distribution, the Actifit PAL account will grow quicker than the 75/25 breakdown that presently exists on Steem. This will only enhance the value of the upvotes in the future which is being spread out over 500-600 different accounts a day.

I would suggest that everyone who is using Actifit delegate at least a portion of their PAL Power to this wonderful cause.

Let us do our best to get this token distributed in a way that benefits a large portion of the community instead of a select few.
