Since I did not go to gym yesterday I was a bit off keel today but I tend to have a day off in the week anyhow. I did some legs but just did not feel it so started doing shoulder and back stuff and probably some chest since I never really know what does what.
I only know what is tired and what is not. If it is not tired then I figure out what makes it tired.
I did not try deadlifting again but really want to so I can look a little cooler haha
