Ouch: January 7 2020

Woke up with my right elbow and shoulder almost unable to bloody bend, I expected some pain from my first gym session but this is ridiculous. Although the shoulder pain I understand a bit because it is from being at the pc and has been getting worse the past few weeks.

So figured today I will do less arms and crap and more legs and stomach crap, now the only way I can comfortably walk is on my toes or it feels like my calf is going to tear. Shoulder is still sore but elbow is a bit better... Can't wait to see what pain I inflict tommorrow.

Whip me baby.

Can you walk by now? How about your shoulders? Have your arms fallen on the floor already and you are there banging letters in your keyboard with your forehead? Or do you use your tongue? If your tongue is also unable to move my question is what other workout did you do in the gym? I bet squatting is also a pain in the ass and you can't even sit. (is there an h in that word?) Or get up after?
