My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2020

Dam I managed to hit 7k steps yesterday, I need to open actifit daily again and start to earn and post with it that for sure.

I had a shit day yesterday as we had the funeral for my wife's best friend so that was a hard thing to do for the day.

Besides that I got to get more exercise back in to my life.
