My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2020
Today’s activity included a ride on the elliptical while listening to music, which is nice, but not as nice as a walk with Stella T. Dog. Sometimes, the elliptical feels a little bit like a chore, and I suppose it was, since I really only did it to try to make it over 10,000 steps.
The rest of my steps were all taken at work, more or less. I woke up, went to work, drove home, and basically only did the elliptical as far as activity goes.
As I do most days, I also did a few sets of as many pull-ups as I can. I’m starting to notice changes in my body composition from doing simply bodyweight exercises like that on a daily basis.
The combination of not eating carbs or sugar with simple calisthenics seems t be pretty working pretty well. I don’t have like aspirations of being a bodybuilder or anything, but I have been wanting to get in better shape. It’s pretty effortless if you make sure to eat the right way, in my opinion. Lots of meat and not much else!
