Diet Mode Day 2: November 15 2019

This was the day two and I don't think I have lost any weight...lol but I made an effort. I got my weighing scale and body base machine to make it easier (It was made together and come cheap). I eat french toast in the morning made in my own style (less oil) and rice and fish in the evening.

It was also my children's school party that evening so we walked back home but unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I could not record my walking activities. So I made more than 6k steps all together.

Did I mentioned that I bought a skipping rope? Yes, I did. I will prefer skipping most of the time than walking since I am an indoor person. I forgot to take the pictures for the scale and skipping rope as I wanted to show it...lol.
