Kicking Ass on My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2019

I just finished a 10,000 round trip walk to a neighborhood Walmart, and I’m all Jacked about my Activity.

@luvbnamome was going to drive to target, but I walked to Walmart instead.

I walked on paved trail that runs along railroad tracks, but the trail has no lights. I was still able to find my way.

It was still really warm during my evening walk, but it was much cooler than my walk home from work. It was over 100 degrees on my walk home from Starbucks.

Before my 10,000 step to Walmart, I walked around the local High School, and the campus was busy with a Water Polo match and Football practice.

Our air quality is not good during the day. I watch the morning runners and they always have the one headlamp runner. I don’t want to be that guy
