마라톤에 출전하려는데 낮에는 좋은 강의가 있어 쫒아다니다가 늦게 10키로를 뛰었다. 다리 컨디션이 좋아 기록이 단축 되었다. 그런데도 몸무게는 그대로다.. 음악실에 갔다가 좋은 사람과 저녁자정까지 대화를 하다 집에 왔다. 잘 받아주는 인품이 크다.

설악산 공룡능선 21키로 12시간반 산행에서 찍은.. ㅋ
