My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2019
Hello dear Actifitters and Steemians,
How are you all? I hope all’s well with your stepping activity today and whatever you did; I’d take it that it was interesting, energizing and fun-filled activity for you overall.
About me, well, I had an amazing day. Today turned out to be a nice one especially towards the afternoon, but nevertheless my morning workout exercises was good along with my morning walk, run, and jog.
It was quite and peaceful with cool air and whirring winds just a tiny bit that got me motivated running and jogging in addition to my walking as I made my way around the neighborhood.
Again few people were out there doing the same thing as I was doing.
Then some were cleaning the streets with a big blower.
And this crew from this truck: they were fixing something on the sidewalk.
Come afternoon, I was back out to the neighborhood again as the sun was out and the sky blue with white clouds hovering, thought I’d go for a little additional stretch.
Then this bushes with tiny flowers looks pretty to me.
At home I prepared my dinner by baking salmon and asparagus. I ate and it was delicious and I’m stuffed.
