My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2019
Hello Actifitters and Steemians,
Happy Saturday and welcome to my fitness report. We’re back at it again, so thanks for joining me once again. And did you noticed yesterday steem was at around 0.11 and today at around 0.12. Did you get some? Me? Might as well, why not.
Anyways, let me get back to my stepping activity post. So today, I did my workout exercises and I also walked around the neighborhood. It was again another cold day, but it wasn’t so bad; still tolerable.
A lot of people were walking, jogging, and cycling today. Some with their beloved beautiful dogs and babies. Others were cleaning and raking leaves from their yard.
I hear the birds chirping up above me from the power lines. There were a bunch of them flying in droves.
Then this one bird left all by itself in this naked tree.
On my way home I saw this man raking leaves.
At home, I did a little bit of house chores and two loads of laundry. The rest of the day I spent watching shows on Netflix.
