My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2019
Hello everybody! Happy Tuesday and welcome to my fitness report. I hope everyone’s doing great and that things went well for you today.
About me, well, it was raining all day today, but despite of the rain, I still went ahead and did my stretching, abs exercises, and my stepping.
It was still raining when I stepped out of the house. I wore my raincoat and had my umbrella with me. I made it through the hustle with my umbrella, the wind, and the rain as It was a bit windy and cold.
The wind was blowing hard on and off frequently. I was wrestling with my umbrella to keep it from flipping out. Then I decided it was better to come home sooner than to hustle with it and the wind.
I got home early and just rested in the living room and watched the news. Then I fixed me a light breakfast.
Come afternoon, I drove and headed off to the mall and continued to walk there for quite a few rounds then stopping by the food court for something to eat before getting back home.
At home I watched the news again and now writing this to submit my fitness report for today.
