My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2019
Hello and good day everyone! #High Five Friday and welcome to my fitness report. I hope you're all doing well.
Today, I woke up early and did my warmup exercises while also watching the news in the living room. Then I went walking around the neighborhood. It was 50F degrees with cool fresh air and foggy. I listened to music while walking and took a few photos with my phone.
Then I was home just a few minutes before ten o’clock and I rested for a little bit before having a light breakfast of blueberry oatmeal.
While at home I watched a movie show on Netflix. Come around 4 p.m. I went back out to the nature trail park and walked a few rounds and I encountered a stray cat meowing and took some photos of the cat. Then I got back home and now writing this report and calling it quit for the day.
