Hi everyone. How’s your day? Hopefully everything is going well.

Today I post again my actifit fitness tracker. I just report my walking activities. Not much, it’s about 5k steps. I am going to try to walk more but I could’nt since I have to spent more time in office.

My daily activity is seeing my patients in The Hospital and clinic where I work, milling around the hospital, in corridor and from bed to bed.

And about one hour ago I arrived at home, I found a pack of collagen drink on the table. It’s Aladin, The Magic of Kindness

I believe my wife ordered it at online store.

Very interesting. I am not quite sure what that is. It looks like a bunch of fruit in a bag. That is too bad that you didn't get a ton of steps, but I am sure your patients appreciated seeing you.
