My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2020.... High Five Friday 👣🏃💨🍃🙌😱👏💤😴☕⛅😇👼🎶🎼👌🎉💪💞✨
Hello everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. The weekend is upon us and am very glad you stopped by once again. Keep reading 👓 as I let you in on my stepping activities of the day. Let's go 💨.
It was another early start of the day chasing that elusive automaticwin 😹. I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fantastic morning breeze 🍃.
It had rained last night so the ground was wet with little puddles here and there. This Friday I had a work seminar to attend so after attaining the 10k steps I rushed back home, had a quick shower 🚿 and by 9am I was headed to the bus stop. The sun was peeping through clouds and it was turning out to be a beautiful day
I made it to the seminar on time and after doing the registration and all due processes. I sat back and enjoyed the events 😊.
I even got the stage to give a vote of thanks to all attendees and to put in a few closing statements. As usual I made new contacts and was pleased about that.
After the seminar, I remember getting home just after 3pm. I did check my email and other news before falling asleep 😴💤 for my usual afternoon nap.
An hour or so later I was up checking out the latest from my crypto you tubers.
Then I proceeded to make myself some wonderful tea☕ that I had with sweet potatoes 😋.
I felt energized and revitalized for the final walk of the day. That final relaxing sunset ⛅ walk is the closing curtain that concludes my day.
This evening/night was mostly around the neighborhood and then the main road before heading back home and calling it a day.
That's pretty much how my Friday went down and I wanna thank you for reading and the continued support 🙏.
