My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2019........ High Five Friday 🙌😱👣🏃💨🍃☔👌🎶⛅🎉✨
Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. The weekend is finally upon us🙌. Glad you stopped by and I am100% ready to break down my stepping activities of the day. Let's get into it💨.
It has been a wonderful day, I worked half day and got the entire afternoon off. That was so cool 💯.
As always I kicked off the morning with an automaticwin 🙌, walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. Then it was the usual morning routine with the break, showering, getting ready for work and grabbing a few more steps just before boarding the bus to work.
At the office work went well with everyone upbeat looking forward to the weekend. The fact that we had half day off made us more enthusiastic.
I spent most of the afternoon walking around the park. Then I was at the mall to grab some black Friday deals on some household groceries.
Arriving back home I rested and dozed off 😴 for around two hours. I got up to some strong tea and snacks before heading out for the sunset ⛅ walk.

I would have had more steps but the rain ☔ caught me off guard 😹😱. I don't know why I didn't carry my umbrella so I pulled my jacket over my head and ran back home as quickly as possible. Unfortunately I got wet through and through but somehow I shielded my phone. Can you imagine running like mad in the dark 😹.
So that has pretty much been my Friday.
Staying with Thanksgiving and gratitude theme, I am grateful to have a roof over my head though. We can laugh about the rain but earlier this week we lost around 60 people in the western part of kenya. Flooding and landslides have been wreaking havoc on them. Homes have been destroyed and lives torn apart 😢.

I'm just downloading this now. It will be interesting to see how it picks up my daily activity. I work as a postie and I ride a motorcycle to do my job. People don't realise it but there's a lot of activity on a motorcycle because you use your body to activate countersteer which is how a motorcycle turns.
To make Steem while doing my job will be a pretty cool thing. 😁
