My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2019
Lately due to the help of actifit
I make sure I kept moving.
It has not been easy to do so
But I found comfort knowing
I am doing it for me and share with
All of you the fruit of my steps.
Couple months ago a lot of steemians
were doing push-ups everyday.
I learn to do 7 a day.
I stopped.
I need to start again and I will share with my actifit post.
Habit is what we need to do what is right for us.
Truly it will not start right away.
Our brain wants bad habits like being lazy.
Any resolution you make today has to be made consistently day by day.
I have seen other walking for 20k.
I wish I can do that.
I know it is coming and by building 5k now I will add to it weekly until I reach 10k.
Success is what we are looking to achieve.
All of you using this app, focus and put on the steps with #actifit
Yeah! I remember those pushup days. It really got a lot of people going.
