My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019
Moving around the office does not show big count of steps but better than nothing. There were many issues to solve and I stay mostly in front of the computer. At lunch time I went outside and it was again very, very hot. The grass was trimmed recently but the dandelions popped up again so fast and turned into fluffy balls.

Your macro shot is awesome, as usual :) And your day sounds just like mine. Too hot to walk during the break, and all time in the office at the computer. The only difference is I don't have my phone with me when moving around, so my count of steps (that was counted, haha) usually is about 1000. Nothing to share )
Well, I try to move more often. That chair is killing me. Tiday I went out at noon but yrying yo be under the shade. It is still bloody hot.
