Back home, plus My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2020
We arrived home on Wednesday night. I’ve been struggling a bit - carrying 17 kgs+ for six days when you’re not used to it will do that. My back and shoulders hurt a bit and when I get up after lengthy periods of sitting my back looks like it’s carrying 17 kgs when I get up!
I was happy to see this little guy on Wednesday:
Big thanks to mum and dad for taking such great care of him while we were away. He always comes back slimmer and trimmer after they look after him - he doesn’t have opportunities to lick as many dirty plates at their place!
Meanwhile today I went in to school for some intensive tidying and organising of the classroom ahead of the new school year starting Wednesday next week. I also went for a 4.96 kms runs, walked to and from Town Hall station and went for an evening stroll with mrshill.
