Last training session before leaving for Tasmania (My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2019)

The highlight of the day was training in our fire escape - we did the seven floors (up and down) six times.

Looking very dishevelled - I’ll have a shave tonight

Someone had left some weights at the top so we lifted those too - three reps per arm. Today my pack weighed 13.9 kgs.

Later I went for a 7.2 kms run (no pack).

We’re leaving in the morning, headed south and stopping at a few places along the way down to Melbourne before we get the ferry down to Devonport.
