My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2019

My day began on a rather weird note today. I was so irritable and edgy that even the children asked what the matter was. I couldn't explain what it was, I just felt surrounded by a cloud. I couldn't bring myself to smile as hubby and I took the kids to school and dropped them off.

I bless God for my husband though . He had to go treat a snake infested building but he came back right after the job was done and sat with me till I felt better. We talked about everything and nothing until I was laughing almost uncontrollably. What a man! My day became brighter after that and it has remained so till now.

I didn't go for a walk nor did I do any serious exercise today. It's tempting to sit down all day, working on the laptop but I made sure I walked around quite a bit to stretch my muscles and get the blood flowing properly. Tell me, how did your day go?

Hey beautiful,
When one of "those days" come, just find yaself any Tom and Jerry cartoons to watch.
Trust me, your mood will definitely get better.
