Today I walked more then I have since my knee injury four weeks ago. It still is small steps compaird to what I use to walk. In time I will get back there. In time I will run again.

It's not a lot but it's a start. I await the day I can return to running, or even walking unassigned. But untill then I can only do what I can do.
