Guten Abend Leute,
heute ist es endlich wieder soweit. Ich war laufen 🤗 für die „längere Pause“ war es ein ordentliches Ergebnis! Ich muss nun bald beginnen mich für den halbmarathon im September vorzubereiten. Heute war ich an der Isar & im englischen Garten laufen💪🏼

Ich bin zwar nicht meine beste Zeit gelaufen, aber dafür könnte ich einige Bestleistungen erzielen 💪🏼

Mühsam ernährt sich das Eichhörnchen 🐿👍🏼

Ich konnte meine pace verbessern weil ich mit Freunden von mir laufen war, die deutlich trainierter sind als ich 😂

Am Abend gabs dann noch ein super süßkartoffelcurry

So wäre ich gerne einkaufen gegangen 😉

Schönen Abend noch girls and lads! Übrigens nur noch ein Tag dann habe ich mal 7 Posts in folge geschafft 🥳🥳

Today is finally the day. I was running 🤗 for the "longer break" it was a decent result! I have to start preparing for the half marathon in September soon. Today I was at the Isar & in the english garden laufen💪🏼

I didn't run my best time, but I could get some best results for it 💪🏼

The squirrel feeds itself laboriously 🐿👍🏼

I was able to improve my pace because I was running with friends of mine who are much more trained than me 😂

In the evening we had a super sweet potato curry

So I would have liked to go shopping 😉
