My Actifit today: December 4 2019
I spent most parts of the day walking and driving around today to run some errands and to look for fresh vegetables. It was good quality time spent and I am happy how the day went.
The later part of the day was a bit of house chores to complete the day. I am feeling pretty beat now to do anything more. Now is a shutting down with Youtube videos.
