My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2019

Today a did a short ebike ride and played disc golf for most of my steps. Nothing too special just the usual score of two over par for nine baskets. My son was off doing his stuff and was missed.

On the ebike ride I snuck up on these three deer. Here's a couple of them:

The third fawn was cut off from the others because of my proximity. It just turned around and wandered off the other direction. I rode off after taking the picture and I'm sure it went back and joined the others.

There seems like a lesson to be learned here. If life puts some strange thing in your way just go the other direction for awhile and come back later. No big deal.

Now if that happens in a crowded shopping mall with a small child all kinds of troubles can happen. As a parent I know the feeling. It is not always easy to take things easy and not worry about the things that happen.

I saw a really neat documentary on China today. I would put a link but it seemed like a bit of sales pitch for someone's investment business in some ways.

It did leave me feeling very hopeful and happy about the possibilities for improving the financial situation. They have some very interesting new technologies and efficient public transportation. Lots of big changes have happened very fast. It is very inspiring too me.

Meanwhile I chug along like Thomas the Tank Engine feeling like a very useful and productive member of the society stacking up my AFIT tokens from the Fitbit step counts. Walking around in the house is such a good exercise but, note to self: ride ebike longer so less pacing is required for 10K.

Well, it gives me something to do and keeps me out of trouble anyhow.

I keep planning on doing another software or business project and ideas are there, especial after seeing the things done in China. We shall see if anything manifests...

Meanwhile I'm pretty happy with my lifestyle as it is.

@lightsplasher - it's a great thing to be in a happy place in your life! I'm glad that you are at such a place and doing well. 10K is a great count, even if you had to do some pacing at the end to get it in. Good luck on those crypto projects that you are getting some inspiration on. I hope you can share them with us when they pan out for you!

Thank you! I do hope to share something at some point. So many of my projects have got off to a hard start so at this point I don't like to say much about them. Somehow it is easier for me that way.

You guys got deers in the middle of ur town? That's pretty cool, the only animal that ventured into the middle of my town was a boar, it took a while to catch it
