My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2020

It was a quiet day at the office as the senior bosses are away. I played ping pong with my officemates for several matches. When I got home, I cleaned the car which I won't be using over the weekend and also pruned some plants.

This is a small New Zealand praying mantis I found crawling on my wrist when I removing some weeds around my plants this afternoon. The praying mantis is very beneficial in my garden because they eat smaller insects that are pests to my plants such as aphids and bugs.
