It was a good last day of the work week. While I was too exhausted from travelling from work going home, I still had time to attend to my garden and began planting some seeds which I hope to germinate in the coming days. I also had one day before our visitor arrives so I made sure to finish cleaning the room and prepare the house.
This is chicken isaw, a popular street food in the Philippines. Isaw means intestine and this particular dish as mentioned is chicken's. It usually boiled first in soy and vinegar then put in a stick then grilled. It is then dipped into a condiment of vinegar, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic.
