The weather was really good and the skies are clear. While I enjoyed the summer-like weather inside the office (we had the aircon running the whole day), it affected my usual routine of walking or jogging in the afternoon. I had time to play pingpong with officemates again during our breaks.

This is sapin-sapin one of Filipino desserts. It is made from glutinous rice and coconut milk and topped with latik. Sapin-sapin literally means layered in English, which refer to the layers of the dish using a different color for each layer.
