My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2019
It was raining all day and I wasn't able to do anything to have my numbers increased. These activity numbers are mostly from moving around the office building and talking to other departments on something important related to my work. In the afternoon, I was able to walk for a short time on the treadmill but that's it.
This is Baguio, a city located in the northern part of Luzon island in the Philippines, Because of its high elevation, its temperature is somehow colder that the rest of the country. It is dubbed as the "summer capital" of the Philippines because it is flocked by local and international visitors during summer time for them to escape the scorching heat in other parts of the country. The high altitude makes it conducive for other species of plants to grow in that area such as pine tress, hence it also got called the "City of Pines".
