10k plus steps achieved again, should have posted it hours ago but was on a tight kind of schedule. So to the business of the day, recently I made a to do list of all activities that I aspire to achieve or attain.
Loosing weight was one, I had to completly change my lifestyle from what and how I eat to how I spend my day.
Done of the ways I spend my days now are:
- walking long distance
- not sleeping for more two hours during the day
- plus being on bed before 1 am
- waking up by 5:30 am for morning exercises
It's been a trilling experience has I once lived that kind of lifestyle and it was beneficial to me, even my body told me thank you but then I became lazy and drank more alcohol. For now though, Alcohol is a no-no for me.
