My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2019

I finally made it home after traveling all day. I forgot to buy myself some food before I got on the plane, and all I had to eat was a bunch of snacks.

I did have healthy snacks, since I had grapes, an orange and dry roasted peanuts without salt. That’s not enough food though for a five hour flight. I did eat breakfast in the airline club this morning, but that wasn’t enough for me.

My exercise consisted of walking through airports, returning my rental car, and walking around the airplane.

Enjoy your evening. I’ve got to fix myself something to eat.
