My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2019

I woke up early this morning and decided to cut the grass. Before I could cut the grass though, I had to blow dead leaves off of the yard. Dead leaves and pinecones were strewn all over my front yard.

After blowing away enough leaves and pinecones, I cut the front yard before lunchtime. I decided after my trip that I needed to do better. When I was in Vegas, I traveled with three other people who were in my age range. They all love to walk and they do so on a regular basis. I was bringing up the rear every day and I could not keep up with them.

I used to cut my yard and keep it up, but I hired a neighborhood young man to do that for me. Well today, I decided that rather than walk up and down the street, that I could walk up and down my yard and beautify my home at the same time.

I am not in good shape comparatively speaking to others in my age range who are more athletic.

It’s never too late to begin. I will start where I am, use what I have, and make improvements daily.

My day is just beginning, but I feel good already.
